The Hi/Low Pressure Hydraulic Alarm is used with hydraulically driven liquid pumps only.
The Hi/Low Pressure Hydraulic Alarm System is calibrated to alert the driver when the pressure has increased above or decreased below normal operating range.
Examples that will trigger the low-pressure switch in the alarm of pressure changes are the load going empty, hydraulic pump failure, or a blown hose.
Examples that will trigger the high-pressure switch in the alarm are a closed snap valve, over speeding the pump, accidental valve closure by plant employee, disrupted vapor return to trailer, or a Fisher Valve slamming.
